Student Pastor/Worship Leader
Shane Mumford
Shane's two-decade passion for youth ministry is a tremendous asset to our team. In his two years at Lee, his enthusiastic guidance has already made a significant impact. Beyond our church, he directs Camp Suwannee and teaches at CCA, bringing valuable experience to our youth programs. His love for fishing and the springs reflects his vibrant spirit, making him an invaluable part of what we do. For Shane, working with youth is truly a calling.

Treasurer
Charlotte Smith
Charlotte's journey brought her to Perry, Florida, from West Virginia in 2002, where she became a member of Perry First Baptist Church. After moving to Lee in 2009, she found her church home at Lee First Baptist. Following a distinguished 37-year career with the United States Department of Agriculture, from which she retired in 2013, Charlotte dedicated her talents to Lee First Baptist, becoming the treasurer in 2014. In addition to her financial responsibilities, Charlotte is the enthusiastic and dedicated Director of Lee Kids, a role where her love for working with children truly shines. She also shares her musical gifts with the congregation, often playing the piano. Charlotte and her husband, Russell, have been happily married for 15 years.

VBS Director/College and Career Leader
Nicole Wilcox
We are so fortunate to have Mrs. Nicole, who has been a vital part of our Lee family since 2016. Her heart for our young people is clear through her wonderful involvement with Lee Kids and Spark Youth, and she also skillfully guides our College and Career class. A devoted mother of four and wife to Jeff, her life is full. She cherishes her opportunities to visit her son, who serves in the Marines. Inspired by 1 Timothy 4:12-13 and Philippians 4:19-20, Mrs. Nicole's presence and contributions are deeply appreciated.

Church Secretary/Church Clerk
Mary-Ann Anderson
We've been blessed to have Mrs. Mary-Ann as part of our church for the last ten years! Married to John, she's a wonderful mother and a doting grandmother, and family time is clearly something she treasures. When they have a moment to themselves, Mrs. Mary-Ann and John love to get away, often enjoying the peace of camping or the excitement of traveling. Her consistent presence and the care she shows make her a truly valued member of our team.
